You can always tell how much work I have to do for school by how much I post here. Which means, the amount of work I have right now=a lot. I don't know how I'm going to get it done. I always wait until the last minute, because that seems to be the only way I can get anything done. I really need to break that habit.

Yesterday I finished the new Sarah Dunant book, In the Company of the Courtesan. It was OK. It wasn't so bad that I stopped reading it, but it wasn't paticularly compelling, either. It took me about a week and a half to read, and it was only 360 pages, so it didn't exactly have me hooked.

I'm now reading Ahab's Wife by Sena Jeter Naslund. I have been going back and forth on this paticular book for about two years, and I finally picked it up and started reading it a few weeks ago. I'm about 50 pages in, and the jury's still out. Nothing has really been grabbing my attention lately.

Now, unfortunately, I really do have to stop procrastinating.
