For Integrated Multimedia, we got to work with real clients and create or update sites for them. I was the project manager for my group, and we worked on a site for therapeutic horseback riding. Everybody worked really hard on this site, especially our programmer, who did an amazing job coding the whole thing.

I won Best of Quarter for this Authorware project. I read quite a bit (although not as much as I'd like) so I wanted to do something book related. I like to do themed projects, so I used a lot of different handwriting fonts, as well as a lined paper background. The Beatles' "Paperback Writer" was an obvious choice for music.

This is my DHTML final. It was created in Dreamweaver and Photoshop, using a combination of HTML and Javascript. The theme of cats in hats is a recurring one, just because I found the whole concept completely bizarre and off the wall. Cats in hats, what will they think of next? The super cute cat on the index page is my cat Duncan.

One of our assignments for Advanced Authorware was to create an interface for playing DVDs. Using Gwen Stefani as inspiration, I came up with a very over the top girly design, with leopard print, diamonds, and candy hearts. All the graphics were done in Photoshop, and the interface was created with Authorware.

I was extremely happy with how this Advanced Director project turned out, especially the Discography section, which has a really cool rollover effect on the album covers. I did my project about my favorite musician, Tori Amos, and I tried to stay as true as possible to the theme of her Beekeeper album.

The cats in hats came from a badly translated Japanese site that sells patterns for homemade cat hats. Cats really don't enjoy wearing hats, so I just found the whole idea amusing and somewhat creepy. This is my Javascript final, and all the coding was done in Dreamweaver. The images were created with Photoshop.

This is my final for basic scripting. I'm always on the lookout for interesting fonts, and I like to do themes, so I was very happy when I found the font I used for this project, because it fullfilled both requirements.

This calculator, which I did for Flash 2, is probably one of the most indicative of my personal style. Left to my own devices, I'll usually come up with something extremely girly, and this is no exception. I decided to use My Little Pony because it's a little less mainstream than Barbie, and it brings back memories of when I was little and my best friend and I used to play ponies.

This was my midterm for Flash 1. There were very few requirements, so I came up with an interactive discography for Ryan Adams. This project is pretty typical of my style. I like very minimalist, clean layouts with solid, usually white, backgrounds.

This is another project I did for Advanced Authorware. Authorware is a program that I enjoy working with, even though it can be hard to get accustomed to after using other Macromedia programs like Flash and Director. I definitely could've gone further with the design for this project, but I only had about three weeks to work on it.

This is another Flash 2 assignment. For the final, we had to create a ten question quiz. I did mine on Las Vegas, which is where I went on my last major trip (it was before I started going here, if that's any indication of how long it's been since I've been anywhere). Vegas is a very cool, very surreal city. The password to enter the quiz is vegas.
